Lioness Fit is a 1 hour meditative and motivating dance fitness journey, that begins with a hypnotic sensual awakening stretch sesh and expands into slow power movements curated to unlock your inner Lioness Queen, activate Sensual Sovereignty, and get your killer workout on.

Polistic Intro Class (90 minutes ) : All levels welcome. Even if you’ve done pole before , this is where you’ll want to start to learn about which level to move into and best match your desired experience. Beginning with a brief sharing circle and discovery process, followed by sensual floor work and pole tricks.

Sovereign Sensuality & Pole Dance Workshop Intensive (Beginner):

  • Guided Sensual Movement Meditation > Slow down and sink into your body

  • Floorwork w/ Flexibility & Strength Training > Learn tips on expanding your curves with confidence and finding more freedom with connection in your body

  • Pole Tricks Intensive > Learn 9 beginner pole moves with transitions

  • Choreographed Routine including floor work and pole

Lioness Fitness (1 hour) This 1 hour dance fitness journey is designed to build strength and fluidity of movement, enhance your beautiful curves, and contour your wild body. Melt into your fire and rise through it all over again. Lioness Fitness can be taken stand alone or as an excellent compliment to pole dance classes to support all the muscles you need to expand your pole practice.

Open Pole: 1 hour of pole dance practice on your own pole. Please reserve your spot 24 hours in advance.
