Katie Marie – Founder & Creator

“The minute I gave my body full permission to move with reckless abandon, unbounded by rules or expectations, my entire life began to shift. My new found joy brought more life and freedom to my curves than I had ever thought possible.
As I began to research authentic movement and the healing that takes place through connecting your mind, body, and spirit through dance & meditation my path became clear. I have since dedicated myself to sharing what I have found with all the women of the world who are longing for something more. From full time mommies to lawyers and school teachers to professional dancers. Women of all fitness levels are invited to return to their roots.”
Since founding this unique community of women, Katie has continued on to further cultivate feminine movement meditation, create and develop a proprietary method of movement called Sexy Pilates, and set focus on giving students & clients all the secrets to embody their most beautiful Goddess self in and out of the studio.

Additional expertise includes movement coaching for photography, film and theatre as well as choreography for performances & auditions.

Arlene

Arlene has 25 years of prior fitness instruction including bootcamp, mat pilates, kickboxing and yoga. Over the last 5 years she has been enjoying pole dancing and came to the realization that she must help share the gift of this beautiful feminine movement with every other woman who is willing, ready and able. She is excited to be here at Polistic, and looks forward to help guide you to find your true feminine potential.

Inetri

Many would describe Inetri as one who is all heart.   Her deep passion for expression through dance quickly brought her to fall in love with the sensuality and spirit of the movement at Polistic and its praise of organic feminine movement.
 
 As a UCLA graduate, marathon runner and fitness Instructor, she knows the level of endurance and stamina required to complete a seemingly impossible mission, which is the typical view most women have about pole dance fitness classes. This patient determination radiates throughout her movement and instruction allowing each student the opportunity to thrive at their own pace with gentle encouragement. Her bright and fun spirit creates an environment where students are encouraged to do their best for themselves and no one else.

Christina

After attending Arizona State University and moving to Los Angeles to further pursue my career in fashion design, I quickly settled in to California and fell in love with my new home. Amazed and inspired by the abundance of culture as well as the variety of expressive outlets that this city has to offer, none embraced me quite like the community at Polistic. As a fitness enthusiast exploring a new method of exercise, I found myself rewarded with an incredibly challenging new outlet for physical fitness in an environment that enabled me to mentally unwind and gracefully reconnect with my inner self. By allowing our bodies to move in a way best fueled by music and our own raw emotion, we are able to discover things about ourselves that we never knew existed before, or that society may have restricted us from feeling. I look forward to every opportunity of sharing the things I have discovered in this movement, while guiding other women through their own personal journey at Polistic.

Coco

I was born to move my body. I've been working-out since I was 9 yrs. old, staying up all night to watch bodies in motion, and other exercise programs, and swimming all day, and everyday.

After experiencing a variety of physical fitness classes and having 4 kids, I felt the need to experience a new challenge. I had been feeling my "self" slipping away with the demands of being a mother and wife, giving so much of myself, and thinking there was nothing left for me. I wanted to be excited about something that involved me. After carefully seeking out a studio, I found Polistic to be exactly what I was searching for. This endeavor awarded me physically, mentally, and spiritually with a new way to move and enjoy my sexuality. It gave me the freedom to express who I actually have been my entire life.

From the very start of my journey at Polistic, I wanted to become part of this magical expression. No other workout has allowed me to let go of my inhibition to enjoy being more feminine and sensual. The thought of having the power to assist others on that journey towards a better life is a joy that I welcome into my teaching. I will help you find a challenging workout and a connection with all the aspects of becoming a powerful sexy woman.

Ayame

With a background in break dancing, gymnastics and yoga, Ayame ventured into her 1st pole dance class nervous and excited, yet intrigued.
“From the first class, I saw how this movement could show me a deeper connection to life by affording new ways of self-expression that I never thought possible. I know that it's made a difference in my life. Each time I attend a class, I seem to discover something new about myself. It is so much more than one would expect.
I've always wanted to teach, but I just didn't know in what field. Since I've started taking these classes, there has been no doubt in my mind that this is what I've been looking for.
